“入世”对我国经济的影响与对策,可以从不同角度、不同方面进行预测和研究,最重要的是从企业微观这个层次进行预测和研究。预测“入世”对中国经济的影响,除了从全局和部门(领域)进行研究之外,还必须对企业进行研究,因为企业是市场竞争主体,所谓“入世”对中国经济的影响,主要是通过诸多的中国企业与诸多的外国企业(包括“三资”企业)之间的竞争体现出来的;同时,中国上百万家的企业又是千差万别的。即使在总体上具有比较优势的第一类产业中,也有竞争力很差的企业,而在总体上处于劣势地位的第三类产业中,也有竞争力较强的企业。那么,“入世”后我国这么多的千差万别的企业又应当采取什么样的应对措施呢?当然这里不宜谈论各种行业中各个企业采取的适合的特殊性的那些具体措施,而是要找出各种不同行业的各种企业应对“入世”的共同性的措施。这种共同性措施是什么呢?就是企业的竞争力。企业的竞争力实质上是企业之间相互比较的生产力。企业的竞争力又表现为通过市场销售的商品数量,因此,企业竞争力最终表现为商品的市场占有率或商品在市场上的占有份额。“入世”后,中国企业与外国企业较量的集中点就是竞争力。因此,企业应对“入世”的基本策略就是提高企业的竞争力,尤其是要提高以企业各种竞争力为基础的核心竞争力。

What is this commonality measure? Is the competitiveness of enterprises. The competitiveness of enterprises is essentially the productivity of the enterprises in comparison with each other. The competitiveness of enterprises is reflected in the number of products sold through the market. Therefore, the ultimate competitiveness of an enterprise is the market share of the products or the market share of the products in the market. “WTO ”, the focus of Chinese enterprises and foreign enterprises contest is competitiveness. Therefore, the basic strategy for enterprises to cope with “WTO accession” is to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and, in particular, to enhance their core competitiveness based on the various competitiveness of enterprises.
