我科自1999年1月～2000年12月应用复方丹参加塞米松混合液行下鼻甲粘膜下注射治疗慢性鼻炎、慢性鼻炎伴变应性鼻炎共42例,总有效率达90.5％,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 本组42例中,慢性鼻炎经复方丹参下鼻甲注射一个疗程后效果不满意或无效者30例,慢性鼻炎伴变应性鼻炎12例;其中男28例,女14例;年龄12～59岁;病程5个月～12年。主要临床症状为长期鼻塞,伴变应性鼻炎者有打喷嚏、流清涕。局部检查:双侧下鼻甲慢性充血、肥大、有弹性,部分与鼻中隔相接触,以
