开发研究一种以高炉渣为主要包膜原料生产缓释氮肥的工艺技术方法。首先对高炉渣中的重金属含量及植物营养元素的枸溶性进行分析,研究高炉渣在农业上应用的可行性。并采用流化床包膜机制得高炉渣包膜缓释氮肥,对缓释氮肥进行水溶率测定和微观形貌特征分析。研究结果表明:高炉渣缓释氮肥氮的质量分数为41%,缓释氮肥的初期水溶率为3.69%,7天的累计水溶率为7.02%,35天的累计水溶率为35.33%,微分水溶率为0.93%,具有较好的延缓氮素养分释放的功能。因此,实验制得的高炉渣包膜缓释氮肥是一种含多种植物营养元素的缓释肥料。
Development and research of a blast furnace slag as the main raw material for the production of coated slow-release nitrogen fertilizer technology and methods. Firstly, the content of heavy metals in blast furnace slag and the citric acid solubility of plant nutrition elements were analyzed, and the feasibility of applying blast furnace slag in agriculture was studied. The fluidized bed coating was used to obtain the slow-release nitrogen fertilizer of blast furnace slag coating. The water-soluble rate and microscopic morphological characteristics of the slow-release nitrogen fertilizer were analyzed. The results showed that the content of nitrogen in slow release nitrogen fertilizer of blast furnace slag was 41%, the initial water solubility of slow release nitrogen fertilizer was 3.69%, the cumulative water solubility of 7 days was 7.02%, the cumulative water solubility of 35 days was 35.33% The rate of 0.93%, with good delayed release of nitrogen nutrients function. Therefore, the blast furnace slag coated slow-release nitrogen fertilizer experiment is a kind of slow-release fertilizer containing a variety of plant nutrients.
