新生儿低血糖是新生儿惊厥、呼吸暂停等严重症状的原因之一。为了探讨新生儿低血糖的病因及防治方法。我院于1983年2～6月测定了100例产妇静脉血糖值及101例新生儿脐血糖值。一、对象及方法:测定对象为在我院分娩的产妇及其新生儿。100例产妇最小24岁,最大34岁,产前均无急慢性病的病史。101例新生儿中双胎1例,男52例,女49例。体重最低1950克,最高4000克。孕期38～42周95例,<38周
Neonatal hypoglycemia is one of the reasons neonatal seizures, apnea and other serious symptoms. In order to explore the etiology and prevention and treatment of neonatal hypoglycemia. In our hospital from February to June 1983 measured 100 cases of maternal venous blood glucose and 101 cases of neonatal umbilical blood glucose values.
