近几年来,应用中、高温远红外炉加热金属,在实验室和生产中做了大量工作。但从所发表的数据来看,差异很大。有些文章认为:应用远红外炉加热可节能20%~30%,有的甚至高达70%~80%。但也有不少文章认为:用中、高温远红外炉加热金属效果不显著。甚至认为:“用涂料或其他东西将电阻丝(或带)屏蔽起来是有害的。”本文将从基本实验事实出发,分析讨论中、高温远红外加热金属是否节能,并对节能机理进行初步探讨。
