Cr12Mo抗磨白口铸铁是Cr系抗磨白口铁中的一种,适用于薄壁及中等壁厚的零件上。本文用液淬法查明在凝固过程中,Cr在奥氏体枝晶及液体中的分布,在含Mo1.0%时生成低熔点共晶体。 在亚共品、共品、过共晶三种Cr12Mo白口铁中,碳化物形貌不同,过共晶Cr12Mo生成六角形锥状碳化物,同时具有晶体缺陷,在磨损过程中,此类碳化物易于脱落,而亚共晶Cr12Mo的碳化物呈共晶态分布于奥氏体周界上,不易脱落,经几种磨损试验证明,亚共晶(C 2.6~2.7%)Cr12Mo抗磨白口铁具有较好的抗磨性及韧性。生产实践验征亚共晶Cr12Mo抗磨白口铁比45号钢,抗磨能力提高6倍左右。
