研制和实际应用大掺量粉煤灰混凝土是发展绿色高性能混凝土的一个重要方面。本文通过试验研究了大掺量粉煤灰替代水泥(替代率高达50%)后对混凝土强度发展的影响规律,认为改善早期性能是开发和使用大掺量粉煤灰混凝土的关键。试验结果表明,采取复合掺加活性激发剂AV的措施,可不同程度地提高大掺量粉煤灰混凝土(粉煤灰替代率为30%~50%)的早期强度。解释了AV对大掺量粉煤灰混凝土早期性能的改善机理。
The development and practical application of high volume fly ash concrete is an important aspect of the development of green high performance concrete. In this paper, the effect of large amount of fly ash replacing cement (replacement rate up to 50%) on the strength development of concrete was experimentally studied, and it was considered that improving the early performance is the key to developing and using high volume fly ash concrete. The test results show that the measures taken to compound AV with active activator AV can improve the early strength of large amount of fly ash concrete (the replacement rate of fly ash is 30% to 50%) to varying degrees. Explained the improvement mechanism of AV on the early performance of large volume fly ash concrete.
