加工中心作为制造业的先进设备已在机械加工领域中广泛应用,但在国内大多数高校的工程实践课程中却没有得到很好的开展,只开展了数控铣床实践教学。本文通过加工中心和数控铣床的实践教学内容分析,说明了加工中心实践教学的可行性和必要性。基于数控铣床的实践教学,提出了加工中心的实践教学内容,设计了典型的教学案例,以提高学生综合的工程实践能力。
As the advanced equipment in the manufacturing industry, the machining center has been widely used in the field of mechanical processing. However, most of the engineering practice courses in most colleges and universities in our country have not been carried out well. Only the practice teaching of numerical control milling machine is carried out. This article through the machining center and CNC milling machine practice teaching content analysis, illustrates the feasibility and necessity of machining center practice teaching. Based on the practice teaching of CNC milling machine, the practice teaching content of machining center is put forward, and typical teaching cases are designed to improve students’ comprehensive engineering practice ability.
