商检机构重点监管的成套设备,包括合同购价金额在5000万美元以上的大型设备、501—5000万美元的中型设备、51—500万美元的小型设备、工厂成年间的整体设备、完整的生产线(装配线)、各类机组、各种组合机床、不同形式的转让设备以及尚有使用价值的拆迁设备。对此类商品,应在签约前、装运前、到货前和报价后、到货后、出证后等重要环节上,强化监督管理工作。
The complete set of equipment under the supervision of the commodity inspection authorities, including the large-scale equipment with the contractual purchase price of more than 50 million U.S. dollars, the medium-sized equipment with the cost of 50-150 million U.S. dollars, the small equipment with 51-5 million U.S. dollars, the overall equipment of the factory and the complete production line (Assembly line), various types of units, a variety of combination machine tools, different forms of transfer equipment and the use of demolition equipment. Such goods should be strengthened before the contract, before shipment, before the arrival and quotation, after arrival, after the issuance of certificates and other important aspects, to strengthen supervision and management.
