On April 9, 1996, China Institute of International Trade, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences International Finance and Exchange Center for International Trade and Economic Cooperation, Department of Foreign Economic Research under Development Research Center of the State Council and Beijing Institute of International Trade jointly held the forum on the first quarter of Beijing’s foreign trade situation.
