全国高等林业院校科研管理研究会,经林业部批准,于1988年6月7日至9日在北京召开成立大会。来自全国各地的部属及省属高等林业院校的代表出席了会议。会议由北京林业大学科研处处长、副教授齐宗庆同志主持。林业部科学技术委员会主任董智勇同志代表林业部到会祝贺,并作了讲话。林业部科技司副司长刘效章、教育司副司长蔡光华等领导同志出席了会议。
The National Higher Forestry Research Management Research Association, approved by the Ministry of Forestry, held its inaugural meeting in Beijing from June 7 to June 9, 1988. Representatives from subordinate and provincial higher forestry institutions from all over China attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Qi Zongqing, director of research department of Beijing Forestry University and associate professor. On behalf of the Forestry Department, Comrade Dong Zhiyong, director of the Forestry Science and Technology Commission, congratulated and made a speech. Liu Xiazhang, deputy director of the Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Forestry, Cai Guanghua, deputy director of the Department of Education and other leading comrades attended the meeting.
