所谓反盗版联盟,是指受盗版侵害的音像企业自发组织起来的打假队伍。他们遭遇的尴 尬可以概括为两句话:投入巨大,收效甚微。盗版盛行已成为危害我国音像产业和信息软件产业健康发展的毒瘤。盗版所以盛行,一是相关部门未能尽到职责,打假不力,甚至执法腐败,充当盗版的保护伞;二是盗版消费的市场环境,大家都来清理一下自己的音像书架,看看谁家没有几张盗版碟?今年我们开始纪念中国唱片100周年,在我们欣赏享受音像制品带来的种种美妙时,大家都有责任反思:我该为中国音像业的发展做些什么?
