目的分析眉山市东坡区血吸虫病传播控制达标经验,为防治工作提供参考和借鉴。方法收集整理东坡区2004-2008年的血防综合治理资料和数据,分析血吸虫病疫情和总结达标工作中的经验。结果下湿田及水改旱8000hm2,建沼气池21470口;购置各类农机具2415台(套);修建微水工程3000处,塘库改造1640处,沟渠硬化2000km;植树造林和退耕还林4766.67hm2;处置耕牛8893头;药物灭螺6313.7万m2,人群血检77万人次,粪检5.6万人次,人群化疗57.6万人,救治晚期血吸虫病1121人次,建设13820座卫生厕所。2008年底钉螺面积下降到189.67万m2,连续两年未发现感染性钉螺;人群感染率下降到0.08%,连续3年无急性血吸虫病例发生;2008年全区未发现血吸虫病牛,人群血防知识知晓率达95%以上。结论东坡区建立完善了“政府主导、部门配合、全社会参与”的血防工作机制;坚持科学防治,以点带面;统一部署;广泛发动,全民参与意识。
Objective To analyze the experience of reaching the standard of schistosomiasis control in Dongpo District of Meishan City for reference and prevention and control. Methods The data and data of comprehensive prevention and treatment of schistosomiasis in Dongpo District from 2004 to 2008 were collected and analyzed. The epidemic situation of schistosomiasis and the experience in complying with the standards were analyzed. As a result, wetland and water were dug up to 8000hm2 and 21,470 biogas tanks were built. 2415 sets of various types of farm machinery were purchased; 3,000 were built for micro-water projects, 1,640 for ponds and dikes were hardened for 2,000km; afforestation and conversion of farmland to forests 4766.67 hm2; 8893 head of cattle; drug snail 63,137,000 m2, the population of blood test 770,000 people, seized 56,000 people, the population of 576,000 people, the treatment of advanced schistosomiasis 1121 passengers, building 13820 sanitary latrines. Snail area dropped to 1,896,700 m2 at the end of 2008, and no infectious snails were found for two consecutive years; the infection rate of the population dropped to 0.08% and no cases of acute schistosomiasis occurred for 3 years in a row. No schistosomiasis was found in the whole area in 2008, Rate of 95% or more. Conclusion Dongpo District has established and perfected the blood and anti-personnel work mechanism of “leading by government, coordinating with departments and participating with the whole society” in Dongpo District; persisting in scientific prevention and treatment with point and area; unified deployment; extensive mobilization and sense of participation of the whole people.
