应用图像分析仪对正常鼻咽上皮细胞、单纯增生或化生、异型增生或化生及鼻咽癌上皮细胞进行了细胞形态定量分析，共分析了６０个标本，测定了１３项几何参数。结果表明：正常鼻咽上皮细胞至癌变是一个连续的阶段性的微细量变到质变的过程。
The morphological analysis of normal nasopharyngeal epithelial cells, simple hyperplasia or metaplasia, dysplasia or metaplasia and nasopharyngeal epithelial cells was performed with image analyzer. A total of 60 samples were analyzed and 13 geometric parameters were determined. The results showed that the normal nasopharyngeal epithelial cells to carcinogenesis is a continuous stage of micro-mass change to qualitative change process.
