冷轧形变量为98%的高纯镍在不同温度下进行退火,采用基于扫描电镜(SEM)上的电子背散射衍射(EBSD)分析方法研究它的回复与再结晶行为。结果表明,在220℃的退火条件下,材料开始发生回复,再结晶晶核形成;随着退火温度的升高,退火时间的延长,再结晶的程度加深。在再结晶的过程中立方取向的晶粒占主导地位。
Cold-rolled high-purity nickel with a deformation of 98% was annealed at different temperatures. Its recovery and recrystallization behavior was investigated by electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) based on a scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that under the annealing condition of 220 ℃, the material begins to recover and the recrystallized nuclei form. With the increase of annealing temperature, the annealing time prolongs and the degree of recrystallization deepens. Ceria orientation dominates during recrystallization.
