为研究中药合剂脊髓I号 (SCI)促进脊髓修复再生效应的机制 ,用NADPH d染色法和图像分析技术观察了脊髓损伤大鼠灌服SCI后 ,背根节 (DRG)细胞一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)的表达。结果表明 :大鼠脊髓损伤后及时灌服SCI与对照组大鼠比较 ,脊髓损伤侧首、尾向各 2个DRG内NOS的表达明显和持续性上调 (神经节细胞NOS表达强阳性率可达 40 %以上 )。提示NOS表达程度与脊髓损伤和修复再生的情况相关 ;而SCI可能通过对NOS基因表达的调节 ,促进损伤脊髓组织的修复再生。
In order to study the mechanism of the spinal cord repair and regeneration effect of SCI, the NADPH d staining and image analysis techniques were used to observe the nitric oxide synthase in dorsal root ganglion (DRG) cells after SCI. The results showed that the expression of NOS in the DRGs of the lateral and the tail of the spinal cord was significantly and persistently up-regulated compared with the rats fed with SCI after spinal cord injury. However, SCI may promote the repair and regeneration of injured spinal cord tissue through the regulation of NOS gene expression.
