“让每一个学生都能发光”是我八年来担任班主任孜孜以求的一个教育理想,也是我在推进素质教育活动中身体力行的一条准则。学生们正处在长身体、长知识的时期,可塑性很大,只要方法得当,即便是后进生,都能取得进步。那么,怎样做到这一点呢?一、率先垂范,言传身教高中阶段的学生,由于年龄和经历的原因,对现实生活中许多问题的认识和思考往往不够全面。因此,班主任就要极为注意自已的言谈举止,严格要求自己,“率先垂范,言传身教”,给学生树立楷模。班主任要求学生做到的,首先自己要先做到。譬如:要求学生注意卫生,我经常和学生一起打扫卫生;要求学生按时到班,我尽管不在学校居住,但从不晚时晚点;要求学生
