一、高考英语改革的原因在21世纪,全世界使用英语的人口达四分之一,世界上70%以上的邮件是用英文写的,全世界的广播节目中,有60%是用英语进行的。国际上的资料绝大部分是用英语发表的。绝大部分的国际会议是以英语为第一通用语言,它也是联合国的正式工作语言之一。总之,在各领域,英语是一个重要的交际工具。我国一直致力于英语课程改革,更突出了英语的重要性。因此,高考英语改革是势在必行的。
