I. INTRODUCTION The multi-beam interference and its application are the important contents in the experiment of physics optics, laser and spectrum. The interferometer and Fabry-Perot etalon (FPE) Spectroscopy and length measurement has a wide range of applications. In laser technology, F-P scanning interferometers and FPE are used as spectrum analyzers to study the fine structure and ultrafine structure of spectral lines, measuring the line width, narrowing the fluorescence and laser output line width, and selecting cavity modes.
