运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈及逻辑分析等方法,依据会能度理论对中学体育教学方法应用的有效性进行分析。研究发现:体育教师对教学方法认知不足;教学方法选择缺乏发展性意识;教学方法选择与教学内容之间缺乏学理依据。提出:建立教学内容会能度值,使教学内容难易情况定量化;构建教学内容与教法方法之间的桥梁,科学合理选择教学方法,使教学更具针对性;自我提升,加强先进教学方法理论知识学习。
By means of literature, questionnaire, interviews and logical analysis, the effectiveness of PE teaching in middle school is analyzed based on the theory of ability and degree. The research found that physical education teachers lack of understanding of teaching methods, lack of developmental awareness of teaching methods, and lack of theoretical basis for the selection of teaching methods and teaching contents. Put forward the following suggestions: establishing the value of teaching content, making it possible to quantify the difficulty of teaching contents; constructing a bridge between teaching content and teaching methods; choosing teaching methods scientifically and rationally to make teaching more pertinent; and promoting self-improvement and strengthening advanced teaching Methodological knowledge learning.
