和谐的医院就是对内、对外要有一个和谐的环境。对内以员工为中心,对外以患者为中心。应该拥有良好的医患关系,能让医院内部人员和睦相处,使各种利益关系协调得当。这既是新形势下医院发展的基本前提,也是医院发展的基本目标。医院作为与人类身心健康息息相关的特殊服务实体,本身应该具备更为浓郁的人文色彩。而医院文化建设的目的就是要培养更多的拥有足够人文底蕴的医务工作者。
