本文首次以完整的减速器齿轮系作为有限元应力分析对象。利用齿轮系的循环对称性取其一个基本段作为计算模型,同时还考虑了啮合齿牙间的接触传力。所考虑的载荷即有扭矩又有离心力。通过一次分析可获得整个齿轮系各部位的应力。
In this paper, the complete reducer gear train is taken as the object of finite element stress analysis for the first time. The cyclic symmetry of the gear train is taken as one of the basic models for calculating the contact force of the meshing teeth. The loads considered are torque and centrifugal forces. Through an analysis of the entire gear system can be obtained in all parts of the stress.
