在临床上常用庆大霉素滴眼剂治疗敏感菌感染的眼部疾病具有一定疗效,为了增强庆大霉素滴眼剂的抗菌消炎作用,我们参考资料试制了复方庆大霉素滴眼剂,经临床应用效果较好,现将试验结果整理如下:一、处方硫酸庆大霉素 50万u甲氧苄氨嘧啶 0.2g1.3一丙二醇 2ml吐温-80 0.5g注射用水加至100ml二、制备量取1.3一丙二醇加TMP水浴(50～60℃)加热,在搅拌下加吐温-80,再加硫酸庆大霉素和热注射用水适量充分搅拌,必要时继续加热至TMP全部溶解后再添加注射用水至全量,用灭菌干燥的G_3垂熔漏斗过滤分装即得。应为无色澄明液体,本品H值为6.8。通过抑菌试验表明,复方庆大霉素滴
