洒类饮料中主要成份是乙醇,还有少量的甲醇、铅、杂醇油、锰等。多种药物和乙醇以及酒类饮料中其他成份相互发生作用,干扰药效和增加药物毒性,甚至危及人的生命,因此临床用药要考虑到酒类饮料与药物间的作用。本文仅谈及乙醇和药物间的作用。 (1) 乙醇具有抑制中枢作用,中小剂量能扩张周围血管,大剂量便能抑制循环系统。所以酒后服用安眠药就可协同产生抑制
