我厂新安装的两台SHL10—16/350—A_(Ⅱ2)型锅炉,运行中经常出现炉排被卡死的现象,经过仔细的观察和分析,发现是炉排上面的固定式松煤装置与炉排平面的间隙只有15mm左右,遇到煤中的铁块或煤矸时,炉排走不过去,引起煤闸门处的炉排“起拱”,卡断炉排片,使驱动排炉主轴的减速机因超负荷而损坏,松煤装置本身也变形,造成被迫停炉。因此,我们曾一度拆除松煤装置,用耙子翻动煤层,但又破坏了火床的平整,形成一个“火口”,使炉渣的含碳量高达42%。
