中共中央、国务院最近发出通知,决定在安徽全省和由其他省、自治区、直辖市选择少数县(市)进行农村税费改革试点,探索建立规范的农村税费制度和从根本上减轻农民负担的办法。为贯彻落实中央的决定,中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理温家宝到安徽进行调查研究,并在芜湖召开的安徽全省农村税费改革试点工作动员会上发表讲话。
