一九五三年六月二十五日發出我省自實施國家工作人員公費醫療預防工作以來,由於醫務工作人員的努力,取得了一定的成績,但也存在一些缺點。为了進一步改進公費醫療預防工作,特作如下規定: 一、加强對公費醫療預防工作的領導:成立‘改進公費醫療預防工作組’,在公費醫療預防實施管理委員會領導下,由人事廳幹部福利科、財政廳文教財務科、衛生廳機關衛生科及醫療預防科聯合組成。由衛生廳機關衛生科負責召集,每月赴各公費醫療預防機構檢查一次,聽取幹部反映,了解財政開支情况及醫務工作人員的思想情况,醫療作風工作態度等,掌握具體情况,提出改進辦法,並幫助解决各院、所存在的困難問題,必要時並得召開臨時會議,使問题能得到及時解决。關於各專(市)縣公費醫療预防工作的領導、各專(市)縣可仿照省級辦法,以資加强;衛生廳應加强各衛生院、所業務上的指導檢查。
