总理、副总理、各位委员:一劳动部门在过去四年多的时间中,由于中国共产党、中央人民政府和毛主席的正确领导,由于各地人民政府的积极支持各产业管理部门和工会组织的密切配合及全体工作人员的努力,做了不少工作,获得了不少成绩,对国家经济的恢复和发展起了一定的帮助作用。但由于劳动部领导上存在有脱离生产的片面福利观点和脱离实际的急躁冒进思想,也就在工作中产生了不少缺点和错误,使工作遭受了一定的损失,现将各方面工作情况扼要报告如下:
For the past four years and more, due to the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China, the Central People’s Government and Chairman Mao, due to the active support of the people’s governments at all levels, the industrial administration departments and trade union organizations are closely linked with each other. With the efforts of all the staff, a lot of work has been done and many achievements have been made, which have played a certain helping role in the restoration and development of the country’s economy. However, due to the fact that there is a one-sided welfare-free out-of-production viewpoint on the part of the leaders of the Ministry of Labor and the impatient and aggressive thinking detached from reality, many shortcomings and mistakes have been made in the work which have caused some losses to the work.
