本文用电镜观察4俐急性淋巴细胞型白血病细胞的超微结构,发现细胞外形不规则、核畸形及核糖体增加有利于白血病的早期诊断。并结合文献对本病的分型作了讨论。4例中T 细胞型B 细胞型各1例,2例属非T 非B 细胞型。
In this paper, the electron microscopy 4 Li acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell ultrastructure and found irregular cell shape, nuclear deformity and increased ribosome is conducive to the early diagnosis of leukemia. Combined with the literature on the classification of the disease were discussed. One case of T cell type B cell type was found in 4 cases and one case of non-T non B cell type in 2 cases.
