我们于1978年8月至1980年8月用液氮治疗“斑秃”50例,取得了初步效果。现报告如下: 一般资料男32例,女18例。5～10岁3例,11～20岁4例,21～30岁29例,31～40岁10例,41～50岁4例。干部7例,工人35例,儿童1例,农民2例。斑秃病因至今尚未明确,但本组发病有如下因素:精神因素引起者15例;内分泌因素引起者4例(其中妊娠后期及产后引起者2例);原因不明者31例。疗法及疗效①冷冻器根据文献介绍制成。操作时用液氮直接喷射皮损区,喷射时间以患者感到头皮辣痛为止,喷完一次 We in August 1978 to August 1980 with liquid nitrogen treatment of “alopecia areata” in 50 cases, and achieved initial results.
