本文介绍了机器人辅助测量在ＦＭＳ环境下在车削加工中心及ＣＮＣ车削机床上进行尺寸测量的应用。文章分析了实现机器人辅助测量所存在的问题及解决方法，并详细介绍了测量系统的组成，着重介绍几种传感器及其使用方法。
This article describes the application of robot-assisted measurement for dimensional measurements on turning centers and CNC lathes in the FMS environment. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the robot-assisted measurement and their solutions, and introduces the components of the measurement system in detail. Several kinds of sensors and their methods of use are emphatically introduced.
