Objective To observe the character and the distribution of dyslipidemia and to explore the relationship between dyslip idemia and the incidence of certain diseases.Method138aged cases with dyslipidemia(group A)were observed,compared with 103aged cases with normal (group B),and with 126non-aged cases with dyslipidemia(group C)to explore the level of lipidemia,th e distrbution of all kinds of dyslipidemia and the incidence of certain diseases in thr ee groups.Result The level of lipidemia in group Awas s howed that TC,TGand LDL-C were incre ased,HDL-C was decreased.The proportion of hyp ertriglydemia was the highest.Conclusion Hypertriglydemia was closely relat ed to atherosclerosis.
