大葱是人民一年四季常食菜。它可炒食、生食和凉拌,又是菜肴常用的调料。大葱的假茎和嫩叶每100克含水分约92~95克,碳水化合物2.02~5.64克,蛋白质1.42~1.49克,还含硫化丙烯,具有辛香风味,有杀菌,预防风湿及防治心血管病等药效。 有关药用资料和民间验方介绍如下: 1.治小儿蛔虫 大葱30克切碎,菜油15克,用烈火炒(不放水和盐),每日清早空腹,1次服完,连服3天,服后2小时再进饮食。
