本文报道由胎盘提取人绒毛膜促性腺激素的新方法。胎盘经过匀浆，分级分离，用弱酸性硅酸铝吸附，上柱用醋酸胺-乙醇溶液洗脱，乙醇沉淀，所得HCG粗品效价为400IU／mg，活性回收率达50％。
This article reports a new method for the extraction of human chorionic gonadotropin from the placenta. The placenta was homogenized, fractionated, and adsorbed with weakly acidic aluminum silicate. The column was eluted with an ethanolamine-ethanol solution and precipitated with ethanol. The titer of the crude HCG obtained was 400 IU/mg, and the activity recovery rate was 50%.
