广汉市是国务院确定的农村经济体制改革的试验区之一,也是四川省委、省政府的改革试点县。1990年四川省委决定要加快广汉改革的试点步伐,扩大改革试点范围,并要求省级各有关部门予以配合和支持,以期通过改革,总结经验,指导与推动面上的工作。为此,四川省卫生厅特制订了《四川省广汉市深化卫生改革方案》,以配合该市整个经济体制改革的试点工作。
Guanghan City is one of the pilot areas of the rural economic system reform determined by the State Council, and is a pilot county for the reform of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government. In 1990, the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee decided to speed up the pace of reform of the Guanghan reform, expand the scope of the reform pilot, and require the relevant departments at the provincial level to cooperate and support in order to pass the reform, sum up experience, guide and promote the work. To this end, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Health specially formulated the “Deepening Health Reform Plan of Guanghan City, Sichuan Province” to tie in with the pilot work of the city’s entire economic system reform.
