恶性肿瘤常有体重减轻和营养不良表现,其中最为严重者称为“癌恶病质”。体重减轻与营养不良对预测病人预后有一定意义,不论是手术后的并发症率或是死亡率均以体重减轻与营养不良者为高,因此许多作者都试图用营养支持来改善患者的营养状况,然而,尽管过去20年间进行了大量的研究,对其实际效果仍有争议,为进一步估价营养在肿瘤外科中的价值,本文作者对以下一些问题进行了综述。营养支持对并发症率与死亡率的影响【围手术期营养支持】
Malignant tumors often suffer from weight loss and malnutrition, and the most serious one is called cancer cachexia. Weight loss and malnutrition have a certain significance in predicting the prognosis of patients.
