由于我矿大型设备一直采用以时间为基础的传统计划维修模式即定期维修模式。只重视设备的安全性和技术的先进性,不考虑设备的材料维修费用,电力、油脂消耗等经济性,且存在设备运行在“非最佳状态”,如水泵效率低、压风机比功率高、提升机存在大马拉小车、抽风机功率因数低、设备在故障状态下运行等情况。采用定期更换润滑油、液压油和设备主要零部件,再加上采用定期对设备拆检存在着时间不准确、无效维修甚至是有害维修的情况,因此维修费用居高不下。从这几个方面分析定期维修已不能适应煤矿的现代化生产和管理要求。
