近十年来,在国家的大力扶持下,西部少数民族地区面貌发生了巨大变化,教育水平稳步提升。但由于诸多原因的影响,西部少数民族地区农村教育仍然存在师生比偏高、软硬件建设滞后、三低一高现象突出等亟待解决的问题。针对这些问题,西部少数民族地区可采取合并学校、优化师资队伍、实行全体寄宿制、学历教育与职业教育相结合等措施,积极走内涵式发展道路,促进地区农村教育良性发展。
In the past decade, with the vigorous support of the state, great changes have taken place in the face of the ethnic minority areas in the west and the level of education has been steadily rising. However, due to many reasons, rural education in the western minority areas still has some problems to be solved, such as a high ratio of teachers and students, a laggard construction of software and hardware, and a prominent phenomenon of “three low and one high”. In response to these problems, the western minority areas can take the measures such as merging schools, optimizing the teaching staff, practicing the whole boarding system, combining academic qualifications with vocational education, and actively take the path of inclusive development to promote the sound development of rural education in the region.
