文章以甘肃社会发展的实际情况为例 ,结合甘肃电大 2 0年的办学历史 ,提出在西部大开发中现代远程教育应该优先发展。远程教育模式呈现多样化 ,但西部远程教育模式 ,尤其在办学模式、技术模式、学习模式等方面应注意突出中西部特点。现代远程教育的管理必须要有现代意识 Taking the actual situation of social development in Gansu as an example, this paper combines the history of 20 years of Gansu RTVU and puts forward that modern distance education should give priority to development in the western development.
