一、问题的缘起2009年6月27日第十一届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第九次会议通过了《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于废止部分法律的决定》。根据该决定的规定,废止下列法律和有关法律问题的决定,并从公布之日~①起生效:1.公安派出所组织条例(1954年12月31日第一届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第四次会议通过);2.城市街道办事处组织条例(1954年12月31日第一届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第四次会议通过);
I. The Origin of the Problem June 27, 2009 The Ninth Session of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People’s Congress passed the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress on Repealing Some Laws. According to the provisions of the decision, abolish the following laws and decisions on legal issues, and from the date of promulgation ~ ① into effect: 1. Public Security Bureau Organization Ordinance (December 31, 1954 the first session of the National People’s Congress Standing Committee fourth 2) Regulations on the Organization of Urban Subdistrict Office (Adopted at the Fourth Session of the Standing Committee of the First National People’s Congress on December 31, 1954);
