本文概述了高血压的发生以及与心血管疾病之间相互关系的一些新发现。近年来的研究表明,前列腺素、组胺和钙离子都与这些过程密切相关。因此,提出了从调节机体内源性活性物质的水平出发来治疗高血压,预防心血管发病的新概念。呋喃吡啶类化合物作为一类新型的抗高血压药物,通过促进体内前列腺素的合成,扩张动脉血管,对抗组胺的作用和阻滞钙离子流而发挥降压作用。并能预防与高血压有关的心血管疾病的发生,将有可能成为研究开发新型抗高血压药物的一个新领域。
This article outlines some of the new findings regarding the occurrence of hypertension and its relationship to cardiovascular disease. Recent studies have shown that prostaglandins, histamine and calcium ions are closely related to these processes. Therefore, a new concept of treating hypertension and preventing cardiovascular diseases from regulating the level of endogenous active substances in the body is proposed. As a new type of antihypertensive drug, furanopyridine compounds exert antihypertensive effect by promoting prostaglandin synthesis, expanding arterial blood vessels, antagonizing the action of histamine and blocking calcium ion current. And can prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases associated with hypertension, it will be possible to become a new field of research and development of new antihypertensive drugs.
