目的探讨胸骨劈开进路治疗甲状腺癌手术配合及护理要点。方法对3例胸骨劈开进路治疗甲状腺癌的临床护理资料进行回顾性总结。结果术野暴露好,清扫范围较为广泛,手术并发症少,且手术效果确切。手术历时4～5.5h,术中出血500～600ml。结论胸骨劈开进路直视下进行手术,操作方便,淋巴结清扫彻底,避免血管、重要脏器损伤,减少术后并发症,改善患者生活质量。术前人文关怀、充分准备及术中密切观察是保证手术顺利的关键;严格执行无菌操作和无瘤技术,良好的沟通与配合及个性化手术方案的制定与实施,保证了手术成功,提高手术效果。
Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of thyroid cancer by split sternum approach. Methods The clinical data of 3 cases of thyroid cancer treated by sternotomy were retrospectively reviewed. Results The operative field was well exposed, the scope of the cleaning was relatively extensive, the number of operative complications was small, and the operative effect was exact. Surgical lasted 4 ~ 5.5h, intraoperative bleeding 500 ~ 600ml. Conclusion The procedure of sternotomy is under direct vision, which is easy to operate and complete lymphadenectomy. It avoids injury of blood vessels and vital organs, reduces postoperative complications and improves quality of life of patients. Preoperative humanistic care, adequate preparation and intraoperative close observation is the key to ensure smooth operation; strict implementation of aseptic and tumor-free technology, good communication and cooperation and the development and implementation of personalized surgical programs to ensure the success of surgery and improve Surgical effect.
