目的:了解邢台医专第二附属医院(以下简称“我院”)药品不良反应(ADR)发生规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集我院2012—2013年189例ADR报告,进行回顾性统计分析。结果:189例ADR报告中,抗菌药物引起的ADR居首位(51例,占27.0%),其次为中药制剂(29例,占15.3%);引发ADR的给药途径以静脉给药为主(146例,占77.2%);ADR的临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害为主(62例,占32.8%),其次为消化系统损害(57例,占30.1%)。结论:应进一步加强ADR监测,保障合理用药。
Objective: To understand the regularity and characteristics of drug adverse reactions (ADR) in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xingtai Medical College (hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”), and to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods: A total of 189 ADR cases from 2012 to 2013 in our hospital were collected for retrospective statistical analysis. Results: Among 189 ADR cases, ADR caused by antimicrobial drugs ranked first (51 cases, 27.0%), followed by traditional Chinese medicine preparations (29 cases, 15.3%). The route of ADR initiation was intravenous (146 cases, 77.2%). The clinical manifestations of ADR were mainly skin and its accessories (62 cases, accounting for 32.8%), followed by digestive system damage (57 cases, 30.1%). Conclusion: ADR monitoring should be further strengthened to ensure rational drug use.
