俄歇电子出现电势谱(AEAPS)具有设备简单,谱峰分辩率高,谱线易辩认,能不使用任何能量分析器即能作材料表面成份分析等优点,本文报导了一种利用电子管内电极构成AEAPS谱技术,以检测管内电极表面成份。试验表明这种无损闭管表面分析能监视和跟踪电子管寿命过程中的物理过程,提供有益的信息。本文报导的是利用四极式电子管组成的AEAPS分析仪及其测试结果,对阳极表面成份分析结果表明,铜基底的阳极表面存在有钡、碳和氧等元素。其中钡的M、N系列及O系列的谱峰均清晰可见。
The Auger electron appearance potential spectrum (AEAPS) has the advantages of simple equipment, high spectral peak resolution, easy spectral identification, and the ability to analyze the surface composition of materials without using any energy analyzer. In this paper, The electrode constitutes AEAPS spectroscopy to detect the surface composition of the electrode in the tube. Experiments show that this non-destructive closed-tube surface analysis can monitor and track the physical processes in the life of the electron tube and provide useful information. This paper reports the results of the AEAPS analyzer using a quadrupole tube and analysis of the composition of the anode surface shows that there are elements such as barium, carbon and oxygen present on the anode surface of the copper substrate. The barium M, N series and O series of the peak are clearly visible.
