本文对第十二届全运会艺术体操个人全能项目研究表明:我国优秀运动员在选择成套动作音乐时以西方音乐为主,只有前三名选手分别在带和球操上选取了中国音乐。运动员在选择音乐时注意到自身能力与音乐的契合,但音乐素养还需进一步提升。
This article studies the 12th National Games Rhythmic Gymnastics Individual Almighty Project shows that: the elite athletes in our country choose Western music as the main set of action music, only the top three players choose Chinese music in band and ball gym respectively. Athletes have noticed their ability to fit music when they choose music, but their music literacy needs to be further improved.
