繁忙的工作、家务,或是遥远的路程,甚至仅仅是毒品的诱惑,都有可能使一个学生无法坚持到学校的教室上课,从而无法获得学位。科罗拉多大学的文理学院推出的CU在线远程学习计划(CU Online distance learning program)有望解决这个难题。借助于Real Education公司的服务,CU在线远程学习计划,即CU Online如同开辟了一个电脑空间中的校园。通过此计划,学生可以按照自己的生活节奏,去注册正规学期以外的课程,上重要的课,和教师及其他学生聊天,获取奖学金申请表格——这一切,并不需要亲自涉足该大学在Denver的校园,在电脑上都可以完成。
Busy work, housework, or far away, or even just the temptation of drugs, can make it impossible for a student to stick to school classrooms and thus not earn a degree. The CU Online distance learning program from the University of Colorado’s liberal arts college is expected to solve this challenge.
