本文报道用前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)局部治疗9例下肢溃疡的结果。9例(男4,女5),年龄56～86岁。其中2侧同时有动、静脉性溃疡,2例为静脉性溃疡,4例为闭塞性动脉疾病,1例为血管炎,均无糖尿病。治疗前曾以水胶体敷料复盖创面,溃疡无改善或有恶化。方法:用乙醇溶解晶状PGE_2后以灭菌等渗盐水稀释到1～30μg/ml,再弥散到明胶、果胶、羧甲基纤维素等组成的水胶体颗粒中。将此颗粒填入溃疡,敷以不渗透的粘性敷料。先予1μg/ml浓度,如能耐受再逐渐加量。结果:有8例溃疡完全愈合,另1例接近完全愈合。平均溃疡容积在局部,用药4周后减少到原来的49%,8～10周后为 This article reports the results of 9 cases of lower extremity ulcers treated with prostaglandin E_2 (PGE_2). 9 cases (male 4, female 5), aged 56 to 86 years.
