The Bridgman technique to grow large-sized CsI(T1)crystal(≈φ100 mm×350 mm)has been mas- tered at IMP,and the home-made CsI(Tl)crystal coupled with an avalanche photodiode(APD)has been tested with 662 keVγ-ray.
