在MMS-200热模拟试验机上进行双道次压缩试验,测定了F550级海洋平台用钢的静态再结晶曲线;利用膨胀法、结合金相法,测定了F550连续冷却转变的膨胀曲线,获得了动态CCT曲线;研究了F550连续冷却过程的奥氏体转变及转变产物的显微组织,为现场轧制工艺的制定提供了依据。
Two-pass compression test was carried out on MMS-200 thermal simulator to measure the static recrystallization curve of F550 offshore platform steel. The expansion curve of F550 continuous cooling transformation was determined by swelling method and metallographic method. The dynamic CCT The austenite transformation and the microstructure of the transformation product during the continuous cooling process of F550 were studied, which provided the basis for the field rolling process.
