欧洲生物技术联合会已就九十年代欧州的生物技术人员培训问题提出如下措施: ○对全欧州范围的人员及培训需求进行评估; ○建立更紧密的学术—工业联系,尤其是进行研究生培训; ○制定促进流动的迫切措施(假定从事高级研究的大学毕业生人数下降以及不同国家之间和大陆南北之间在博士生培训期间上有很大差异); ○除了广泛的科学教育之外,还应为科学家们提供有关管理、财经和法律方面的培训; ○为在职人员提供现代化短期课程培训; ○促进大众对生物技术的认识理解;
The European Biotech Federation has proposed the following measures for the training of biotech personnel in the European countries in the 1990s: o Assessment of staff and training needs across Europe; o Closer academic-industrial relations, especially postgraduate training; ○ Develop urgent measures to facilitate mobility (assuming a decline in the number of university graduates engaged in advanced research and large differences in doctoral training between different countries and between the north and south of the continent); ○ In addition to a wide range of science education Provide scientists with training in management, finance and law; provide modern short-term courses to serving staff; promote public understanding of biotechnology;
